How we handle your health information.
What we collect
Your name, mobile number, email address, gender, age, the tests you book, your collection address (for home collection), your appointment time, your payment status, and your test report.
Why we collect it
To take and fulfil your booking, to collect your sample, to process your payment, to deliver your report to you, and to keep the medical and financial records the clinic is required to keep.
Who can see it
- MisterHair — clinic staff can see your booking, your contact details and your report.
- Thyrocare — our laboratory partner can see the booking details needed to collect and test your sample, and uploads your report.
- Razorpay — processes your payment. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
How your report is protected
Report files are not stored anywhere that can be reached directly from the web. Every download passes an access check and is recorded, so we can tell who opened your report and when. The tracking link we email you is private to your booking — treat it like a password and don't forward it.
Payment information
Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's own secure checkout and never reach our servers. We store only a payment reference, the amount, and whether it succeeded.
How long we keep it
Bookings, reports and payment records are retained in line with the clinic's medical records policy and applicable law. Confirm your retention period here before publishing.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask about deletion. Contact the clinic . Some records must be retained for a minimum period even after a deletion request.
